Prime Time Network - 3M and Mondadori

In 2002 the Q team has worked for a project called Prime Time Network which was created by 3M and Mondadori. This project dealt with a new edition of the classical Post-It, which needed a new communication channel and a new kind of communication tools.

3M offered the Post-It while Mondadori elaborated the messages (taken by the magazines) considering the different target audiences. Q, the only RP agency working, had to manage and to coordinate the whole communication for customers as Barilla, Bipielle, ConserveItalia, CRT, Deborah, Elizabeth Arden, Ferrero, Kraft, Palmera, PepsiCo., Polli, Rekitt-Benckiser, Warner-Lambert.

Following the steps of the Q system:

  • Audit: study of the company and its products. Analysis of the target groups and definition of the messages after a pre-test.
  • Strategic Planning: elaboration of a strategic planning with the definition of the conditions, times, costs and purposes.
  • Communication: creation of the strategic planning and manufacturing and distributions of the new original Post-Its.
  • Verify: verify of the results and use of the feed-back tools to check the involvement and the satisfaction of the target (competitions with prizes organized by the partners).

 

Paura.com and Bad Boys 2

In 2003 the Q team worked to create communications plans to promote some films of the Columbia Pictures, such as Paura.com and Bad Boys 2. The team has organized some particular events for the target audiences.

Following the steps of the Q system:

  • Audit: study of the film and analysis of the target group and definition of the messages after a pre-test
  • Strategic Planning: elaboration of a strategic planning with the definition of the conditions, times, costs and purposes.
  • Communication: creation of the strategic planning with great success on the target audiences.
  • Verify: verify of the results and of the satisfaction of the target.
