The Q model is divided into four steps that represent a correct Public Relations process:

  • AUDIT AND RESEARCH
  • STRATEGIC PLANNING
  • COMMUNICATION
  • VERIFY

For each step Q individuates other ones more specific, considering the different features of each project.

Recognizing the importance of the strategic and of the communication steps, Q focuses on the first and the last step of the system, and it's always ready to change each part of the communication plan since its beginning, in case of differences from the initial objectives.
